What is yoga?
Yoga is a chance to take time out for yourself, rather than being caught up in a whirlwind or fast paced life. Through physical stretches and breathing techniques, we learn to stay in the present moment, rather than becoming caught up in thoughts of the past or future.
This 2,500 year old non-religious system has become popular in the west, as it provides us with tools to move from distress to de—stress and from dis-ease to ease; balancing us both physically and emotionally.
